Orders will typically be shipped with 1 week, but please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of your purchase. International shipping is available upon request. For a quote, please send details to info@ruknox.com.

Framed or mounted orders are protected on all sides. A strong archival foam is then fitted to the edges of the packaged frame and an extra protective seal for increased security before your order is dispatched.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of your product, just let us know and we'll ensure a quick resolution. Ru Knox will offer a full refund if products are returned within 14 days, unharmed and with the original packaging.
